NOX or Grais: one Mac inbox, or the tab you already have open

We compared Grais with NOX on October 1, 2026. NOX used to be called RPLY, and if you looked at it under that name, it's the same product.

NOX is a Mac app for Apple Silicon. It pulls iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, Signal, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Discord and email into one inbox, indexes messages on the Mac and drafts replies there. Drafts never send themselves. There's a free tier with 10 AI-drafted replies, and Pro was $50 a month billed annually when we checked.

If iMessage matters to you, NOX wins that outright. Grais has no iMessage support at all, and our Mac app is planned, not shipped.

Grais works differently. It's a browser extension for Chrome, Brave, Edge and Arc, and it drafts inside the thread you already have open on WhatsApp Web, Telegram Web, Instagram, LinkedIn or Tinder. That also means it runs on Windows, which NOX doesn't.

The other real difference is sending. NOX treats everyone the same: every draft waits for you. Grais sets trust per contact. Review is the default, and you can let a specific person move up to voice approval or known-safe autonomy.

One honest caveat: new Grais accounts are invitation only right now.
